Tina Martin, Corporate Director of Sales
The Sales Specialist will travel to our Bridges by EPOCH, Memory Care Senior Living communities regionally and be responsible for assisting in all aspects of internal and external sales and marketing. This position will work as a team with current Senior Advisors, Executive Directors and the Corporate Director of Sales on executing occupancy strategies to minimize vacancies within the location. The Sales Specialist will usually work at a community for a period of weeks at a time filling a vacancy at a community or supplementing the sales team at a focus community. Develops and executes a quarterly marketing overview, as well as a monthly marketing plan. Builds relationships with families, clients, prospects within the community and referral sources. This position requires driving responsibilities to our locations in MA, CT and NH. Will travel to new development communities as needed. Valid driver’s license required. Occasional weekend and evening hours required for events and tours as needed.
Candidates must have a proven ability to close sales in the Senior Living Industry. Must be a dynamic self-starter, organized and able to work as a team with internal departments. Candidates must have the ability to maintain confidentiality, self-motivated, highly professional and have strong performance accountability. Must have excellent communication skills and strong selling skills related to sales activities. Qualified candidates must exhibit an up-beat, polished, professional and personable demeanor. We require 5 years of experience as a Senior Advisor in the Senior Living industry. Some Memory Care Assisted Living preferred.
