Joanna Cormac Burt, Chief Operating Officer
Will be responsible for all aspects of internal and external sales and marketing of our brand new 145 apartment Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care Assisted Living Community located in Stamford, CT. Develops and executes a quarterly sales and marketing overview, as well as a monthly plan. Evaluates and identifies strategies to achieve occupancy goals. During the pre-opening stage and thereafter, develops and builds relationships with families, client prospects and professional referral sources within the community.
We require a minimum of 3 years of experience executing the sales process in Senior Living Sales preferably in Assisted Living Sales, Independent Living Sales or Memory Care Assisted Living. Some experience in pre-construction sales preferred. Must have a proven ability to close sales. Must be a dynamic self-starter, organized and able to work as a team with internal departments. We require exceptional customer service skills. Qualified candidates must exhibit an up-beat, polished, professional and personable demeanor.
