To oversee the overall operations and sales of our Waterstone Independent and Assisted Living portfolio which include 4 existing locations and 1 location under construction. The VP of Operations is responsible for providing operational leadership, support and management to our Executive Directors and management teams within our communities. The VP of Operations will oversee financial budgets, sales strategies and initiatives, occupancy benchmarks and provides creative approaches to achieve and nurture the goals of the community to ensure successful outcomes. The VP of Operations supports the mission and values of the company and facilitates company policies and procedures for maintaining a safe community for staff and residents. Overnight travel is required.


We require a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Director or Regional Director in Assisted Living or Independent Living. Experience opening start-up communities required. The ideal candidate will be professional, dynamic and innovative with operational strategies. Must have strong decision-making skills, superior leadership abilities and excellent customer service skills. Must be proficient in sales management and have exceptional problem-solving skills with experience managing or overseeing “high end” communities serving affluent Seniors. Candidates must exhibit a high level of quality, commitment and desire for working in the Senior Living Industry. Bachelor’s degree required.
