Responsible for day-to-day management of the business office including: employee relations, processing payroll and employee benefits, personnel file maintenance, residents’ personal needs accounts and supervises reception staff. Responsible for accounts payable & accounts receivable.
We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Senior Living setting. Must be computer proficient and have strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience in ADP Payroll software a plus. Must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
