Full-time, On-site Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm
This position will provide assistance to the sales efforts by helping to organize events and keeping track of RSVPs, making call-outs as reminders for events or appointments; assisting with organizing venues; assisting with mailings to prospects and professionals; handling inquiry calls as needed; providing administrative assistance as needed. Additionally, Answers phones, greets visitors in the Welcome Center (when applicable), administrative responsibilities, some light filing and computer projects. Works with families and liaisons between department managers.
Pleasant, ability to work with others, some office experience required. Computer skills in Microsoft office and excel experience required. Zoom experience required. Must be outgoing and personable, a team player and strong communicator, courteous and have excellent customer service skills. Computer and phone experience required. Familiarity with office protocol and administrative tasks required. Some experience in a Senior Living setting preferred.
