Will be responsible for all aspects of internal and external sales and marketing of our brand new 132 apartment Independent Living community located in White Plains, NY. Develops and executes a quarterly sales and marketing overview, as well as a monthly plan. Evaluates and identifies strategies to achieve occupancy goals. During the pre-opening stage and thereafter, develops and builds relationships with families, client prospects and professional referral sources within the community.
We require a minimum of 3 years of experience executing the sales process in Senior Living Sales preferably in Assisted Living Sales or Independent Living Sales. Some experience in pre-construction sales preferred. Must have a proven ability to close sales. Must be a dynamic self-starter, organized and able to work as a team with internal departments. We require exceptional customer service skills. Qualified candidates must exhibit an up-beat, polished, professional and personable demeanor.
