Responsible for the overall implementation and coordination of resident care. Interaction with various family members, physicians, health service agencies and hospital liaisons as needed. Responsible for hiring, evaluating and supervising staff within the department.
Executive Director
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of MA with strong staff management and supervisory skills and at least 2 years of experience working in Assisted Living. Some experience in Memory Care Assisted Living required.
