Senior Advisor / Sales

Responsibility:

Will be responsible for all aspects of internal and external sales and marketing of our 156-unit Independent Living and Assisted Living Community. The Senior Advisor develops and executes a quarterly sales and marketing overview, as well as a monthly plan. Additionally, evaluates and identifies strategies to achieve occupancy goals. During the pre-opening stage and thereafter, the Senior Advisor develops and builds relationships with families, client prospects and professional referral sources within the community. This position works on team with another Sales Advisor in the department.

Requirements:

We require a minimum of 3 years of experience executing the sales process in Senior Living Sales in Assisted Living Sales or Independent Living Sales. Must have a proven ability to close sales. Must be a dynamic self-starter, organized and able to work as a team with internal departments. We require exceptional customer service skills. Qualified candidates must exhibit an up-beat, polished, professional and personable demeanor.
