Lead Front Desk Concierge

Location: Bridges® by EPOCH at Andover
Responsibility:

Will act as the customer service rep for our residents and families, liaison between Department Heads, and will fulfill non-clinical/non-medical resident requests.

Reporting to:

Business Office Manager

Requirements:

Looking for a mature, reliable take charge Lead Concierge for a full-time front desk position. Must be able to greet the public in a friendly positive manner.  Able to handle multiple tasks with discretion and good judgement.  Must be outgoing and personable, highly customer service oriented, a good communicator and courteous.  Computer and phone experience required. Some experience in a Senior Living setting or Assisted Living Facility a plus!

Full-time 8am-4pm Monday-Friday
