The Infection Prevention Control Training Specialist is responsible for the training of all team members on infection prevention and control utilizing the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention program. Monitors Infection control policies within the community. Provides quality control and implements training as needed. Follows state guidelines on infection control. This is a full-time position for the Bridges communities in the State of Connecticut.
Wellness Director
Must have a CDC Infection Control Prevention Certificate or be willing to certify through us or another approved infection control certification. Must have excellent communication skills. Some experience working in an Assisted Living community preferred. LPN License preferred.
Full-time (37.50 hours)
This position requires a minimum of 24 hours each month providing training to staff within the community on each shift.
