Location: Bridges® by EPOCH at Pembroke
Responsibility: Will act as the customer service representative for our community. Will work with families, act as liaison between department managers, greet visitors and will fulfill non-clinical/non-medical resident requests.
Requirements: Must be outgoing and personable, good communicator, courteous and have excellent customer service skills. Computer and phone experience required. Some experience in a Senior Living setting or Assisted Living Facility preferred.
Part-time, Some weekends and holidays 8am-4pm or 4pm-8pm
