Floating Business Operations Manager

Responsible for supporting the Business Office at all EPOCH Communities. The position will be responsible for overseeing the Business Offices, as needed, including general administrative, human resources, payroll, and financial systems at the communities.

Reporting to:

Mary Carducci, Director Human Resources


Some experience in Assisted Living preferred. Must have experience with HR, employee relations and payroll. Must be computer proficient and have strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience in payroll software a plus. ADP knowledge helpful. Candidates must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Must have good customer service skills and be able to warmly interact with residents, staff and families. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
