Dining Room Manager (Restaurant Manager)

Location: Waterstone on High Ridge

Responsible for all aspects of the dining room, including, hiring, orientation and training of all wait staff; insures adequate staffing to meet resident needs; coordination of all community special events and functions; insures overall resident satisfaction with dining services department; participates in community department manager meetings.

Roberto Pagen, Dining Services Director


Some experience in restaurant management, banquet or catering experience required. Experience in the Senior Living industry a plus and must have some management experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing line employees and an understanding of the dietary needs of Seniors. Must be a high school graduate. ServSafe certification a plus.

Full-time, 11am-8pm Flexible hours!
