Responsibility:

Hands on a la carte preparation and other culinary services in the kitchen. Excellent customer services skills required.

Reporting to:

Mark Roth, Dining Services Director

Requirements:

We require 5-10 years of high volume country club, restaurant or hotel experience. Must have practical a la carte cooking experience and understand basic culinary methods. ServSafe Certificate required.

Full-time 7am-3pm and 12pm-9pm
