Works with residents in the Memory Care Assisted Living Facility. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADL’s, serving meals, and engaging residents in life enrichment activities. Additionally, assists residents with their medications under the SAMM program (Self-Administration Med Management).

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide in MA. We require Alzheimer’s/Dementia experience. Experience in an Assisted Living Facility a plus. We require excellent verbal communication skills.
*ALL-SHIFTS 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am weekdays and weekends
