Works with residents in the Memory Care Assisted Living Facility. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADL’s, serving meals, tending to residents' laundry and engaging residents in life enrichment activities. Additionally, assists residents with their medications under the SAMM program (Self-Administration Med Management).
Wellness Director
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide in MA. Some Alzheimer’s/Dementia experience helpful. Experience in an Assisted Living Facility a plus. We require excellent written and verbal communication skills and good computer skills.
*Part time 3pm-11pm Sundays, Mondays, and Saturdays
*Part Time 7am-3pm Sundays and Thursdays
*Part Time 11pm-7am Sundays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays
