Works with residents in the Memory Care Assisted Living Facility. Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADL’s, serving meals, tending to residents laundry and engaging residents in life enrichment activities. Additionally, assists residents with their medications under the SAMM program (Self-Administration Med Management).
Wellness Director
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in MA. We require at some Alzheimer’s/Dementia experience. Experience in an Assisted Living Facility a plus. We require excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good computer skills required.
7am-3pm FT, 3pm-11pm PT, 11pm-7am FT/PT
