Business Office Manager

Responsible for day-to-day management of the business office including: processing payroll, employee benefits, workers compensation, personnel file maintenance and supervises the front desk concierge/reception staff. Responsible for accounts payable & accounts receivable.

Reporting to:

Reshma Nair, Executive Director


Some experience in Assisted Living preferred. Must have experience with HR and employee relations. Must be computer proficient and have strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience in payroll software a plus. Candidates must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
