Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising HHA’s and CNA’s in our memory care assisted living community. The Nursing Supervisor performs administrative duties, quality assurance, performance improvement and provides a high level of customer service. Additionally, performs resident assessments.
Wellness Director
Must be an RN or LPN in MA. Experience with scheduling and supervising staff is needed. Good computer skills. Able to communicate effectively, Experience in an Assisted Living preferred. Experience with dementia care in an Assisted Living a plus.
