Payroll (P/R) Coordinator

Job Title: Payroll (P/R) Coordinator    

Reporting To: Jeffrey Marcy, Payroll Manager

Position Location: EPOCH Senior Living Corporate Office, Waltham, MA

Hours: Monday through Friday Full-time

Responsibilities: Handling all aspects of payroll using ADP Workforce Now as well as ADP e-time software for various communities. Responsibilities include; preparing weekly payroll for communities, payroll data entry and review, processing garnishments, time and labor system audits, Reporting, maintaining payroll files and posting employee status changes. Additionally, this position will respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and assist in the processing of year-end payroll processing and annual W2 review. Experience with ADP software preferred.

Requirements: Office environment experience, knowledge of and experience with computers, organized, detail-oriented individual with pleasant telephone manners and strong communication skills.

Corporate Director of Marketing

Job Title: Corporate Director of Marketing   

Reporting To: Joanna Cormac Burt, Chief Operating Officer

Position Location: EPOCH Senior Living Corporate Office, Waltham, MA

Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities: The Corporate Director of Marketing will be responsible for the development of EPOCH’s marketing strategies to achieve occupancy in the EPOCH communities and supports marketing efforts for lead generation and move-ins. This position oversees EPOCH’s marketing and communication strategies. Ensures that EPOCH’s advertisements, digital and print media are of the highest quality. Will oversee and manage outside agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and promote brand awareness. Manages the execution of marketing strategies including: digital marketing, social media, website, online advertising digital and print marketing, advertising and digital analytics to maximize lead generation and move-ins for our senior living communities and enhance public relations.  Works with senior living Sales Teams and Corporate Director of Sales on Marketing campaigns. Collaborates with outside marketing/advertising firms to approve event flyers, collaterals and ads for our Senior Living Communities. Develops, analyzes and evaluates both existing and emerging sales and marketing strategies and develops a marketing plan for each community in conjunction with the Corporate Director of Sales. Provides oversight of vendors who are responsible for EPOCH’s varied and integrated communications products and services, including: newsletters and other print publications; web, social media, e-news and other digital communications; other media and public relations, at both a corporate and community level.  Manages marketing expenditures consistent with budgets. Oversees the website

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference in business, communications or marketing. In lieu of degree, 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience in marketing, sales and communications in a leadership role of a healthcare or Senior Living organization preferred. Strong knowledge of digital media and marketing trends. Must be self-motivated, creative, detailed oriented and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We require a team player and must be able to work with multiple locations and departments within the organization. Strong communication skills, problem-solving and leadership skills required. Candidates must have excellent computer skills.

Corporate Director of Sales

Job Title: Corporate Director of Sales   

Reporting To: Joanna Cormac Burt, Chief Operating Officer

Position Location: EPOCH Senior Living Corporate Office, Waltham, MA

Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities: The Corporate Director of Sales will be responsible for the Sales efforts and sales strategies of the multiple sites within in the EPOCH Senior Living portfolio. The position will analyze and monitor current industry trends and carry out creative sales plans to reach maximum occupancy in our Senior Living Communities. Establishes occupancy strategies and meets or exceeds targets. Responsible for setting goals with Directors of Community Relations. Works as a team player with Executive Directors and Directors of Community Relations in our communities. Will work closely with Corporate Director of Marketing. Manages sales budgets in multiple sites. Travels regionally to our locations in MA, NH and CT to assess, train and motivate Community Relations Directors, and as needed to new developments. Supervises Sales Specialist.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, with a preference in business, communications or marketing. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing, sales and communications with five years in a leadership role of a multi-site Senior Living organization. Must be analytical with the ability to lead teams, problem solve and multi-task.  Must possess strong customer service skills and strong organizational skills including ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task.  Must have excellent communication skills and strong selling skills related to sales activities outside the community with dementia services knowledge. Experience with and ability to present and sell a differentiating dementia community. This position requires driving responsibilities and a valid driver’s license is required.
