Formerly known as Charter Senior Living of Orange and Charter Senior Living of Brookfield, the communities have been renamed Rivermere of Orange and Rivermere of Brookfield. Both are now part of the EPOCH Senior Living family.
Rivermere of Orange offers Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care, providing older adults with a range of options as their needs change. Rivermere of Brookfield offers Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Memory Care at both communities will be provided through Bridges® by EPOCH, EPOCH’s program for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The Bridges approach combines personalized support, engaging seven-days-a-week programming, and thoughtfully designed surroundings to promote dignity and quality of life for every resident.
