Upon physician referral, we will schedule an evaluation to determine the most appropriate course of treatment that meets the individual's goal for rehabilitation. Our staff will work closely with each patient's physician to tailor treatments that will promote the best possible recovery. Some therapies that can be provided on an outpatient basis may include:

Our therapists will work one-on-one with each patient, utilizing our state-of-the-art equipment and providing the most advanced rehabilitation techniques available. Our goal at EPOCH is to help each individual attain their maximum potential, while respecting their privacy and independence. EPOCH offers a full complement of outpatient therapies and services, including physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation. Individual rehabilitation treatments may include:
