Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day management of the business office including: ADP processing payroll, compliance tracking and employee benefits, personnel file maintenance, residents’ personal needs accounts and supervises reception staff.
Requirements: Must be computer proficient and have strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience in ADP Payroll software a must. Must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment. Must be a team player and exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Some experience in a healthcare facility preferred.
