Short-Term Rehabilitation

Following an injury, illness or operation, you or your loved one may require specialized therapy services to be able to return to your prior living situation. EPOCH's Short-Term Rehabilitation program offers a full range of specialized therapy and rehabilitation services to individuals who require care in an inpatient setting. Our highly trained staff will work one-on-one with each patient using specialized therapies and our state-of-the-art fitness equipment to restore each individual to their optimum level of functioning.

Delivered through a highly trained interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, our short-term rehabilitation program offers an extensive array of services to allow patients to receive all of their care in one location, allowing for a quicker recovery time.

We offer a full array of medical and rehabilitation services, including:

Outpatient Rehabilitation

At EPOCH Senior Healthcare of Brewster, our highly trained and experienced therapists provide a full range of outpatient services, including:

Upon physician referral, we will schedule an evaluation to determine the most appropriate treatment options that meet individual goals for rehabilitation. The team of EPOCH therapists work closely with a patient's doctor to tailor treatments that will promote the best possible recovery. Individualized Rehabilitation Services

Upon physician referral, we will schedule an evaluation to determine the most appropriate course of treatment that meets the individual's goal for rehabilitation. Our staff will work closely with each patient's physician to tailor treatments that will promote the best possible recovery. Some therapies that can be provided on an outpatient basis may include:
