Fitness for Body and Spirit

Science is proving that increasing strength at any age can have a positive and lasting impact on health. In collaboration with a group of experts, EPOCH has developed a fitness program with a clear commitment to the health and well being of our residents.

Our program focuses on physical fitness through aerobics, endurance, balance, exercise groups, stretching, flexibility and light resistance training. Renewing the spirit is as critical to good health as strengthening the body. Residents may take advantage of instruction in programs like yoga, Tai Chi or dance.
